FML partnered with us on an issue related to an error by our 401(k) service provider. This error required significant, detailed calculations to correct participant account balances. FML helped us work through the calculations, and they were very responsive to the urgency to get the balances corrected. Additionally, they helped us craft the correct disclosures for the Plan financial statements. They have the expertise to solve the issues with an approach that is practical and straightforward.

With guidance from Bill Claffey, we were able to document a case that FML used to support filing for a significant tax credit.
